Explore Parkshore and Moorings

Two of Naples' most enduring coastal neighborhoods, Park Shore and The Moorings sit side by side along Gulf Shore Boulevard between Pelican Bay and Old Naples — centrally located, deeply established, and unlike anything built in the last twenty years. Park Shore, developed in 1964 as Florida's first planned community, offers Gulf-front high-rises including The Regent, Vistas, and Le Rivage, bayfront estates on Venetian Bay with private docks, a 1.3-mile beachfront promenade, and Venetian Village's waterfront dining and boutique shopping. The Moorings, founded in 1957 on 300 acres by Milton Link, has grown into a neighborhood of over 1,300 acres with approximately 4,000 residences, tree-canopied streets on large lots, a private resident-exclusive beach park on the Gulf, and the Moorings Golf and Country Club — one of the only genuinely walkable private courses in Naples, established in 1963.
